Q: What is Custom Garage Interiors all about?
A: We at CGI get the stuff off the floor using a patented wall storage system to maximize usable space.  We are FULLY INSURED and employ our own installers.

Q: What is included in the typical CGI system?
A: A CGI system includes professional installation and your guaranteed satisfaction. We start your garage makeover by covering the walls with our innovative and durable slotted panel.  This supports our expansive choices of high-performance cabinets, shelving, activity racks and accessories. In a matter of days, this large space in your home is transformed into a usable room.

Q: Can the system be used in other places?
A: Yes. In fact, our storage solutions can be applied anywhere you need organization.  Some areas where it is useful include, your basement, bonus room, shed, barn, pool house, and laundry room.  The options are endless.

Q: What makes CGI different than other garage systems?
A: Many things. To start, the materials are designed for the garage so they'll stay clean. We also help design each garage to meet your needs and the needs of your family. The CGI system also offers you maximum flexibility because the components are securely installed, but not permanently fixed. You can easily rearrange things when you want.

Q: What is the process?
A: First, you receive a free, in home, consultation. Once you have decided on the products, the garage will be professionally installed by CGI, typically taking 1-3 days for installation. You can order additional accessories at any time. We will check in with you to be sure the system is performing as promised and to discuss any changes in your needs.

Q: Is it expensive?
A: No. Because our products are built around flexibility, and any garage can be upgraded at any time.  You may choose to start with just one wall and a few accessories, or a makeover for your entire garage. Given the increase in value our products brings to the home, most customers feel that CGI is an excellent value for their money.

Q: What is storeWall?
A: storeWall is the foundation for the CGI system. It is a durable, glossy wall panel on which the other system elements are attached. It was designed to be the worlds cleanest. It's waterproof, weatherproof, bug-proof, and fire-rated. It won't warp or rot in the garage. In fact it is a solid piece, colored all the way through, so it won't ding, dent, or rust. And the best part is...storeWall never needs to be painted!!!

Q: How do I keep the CGI system clean?
A: Just wipe it down with a damp cloth!!! The glossy finish and it's anti-static properties make all dust removal easy as can be. You can also use a leaf blower to remove any dust or dirt on your system. If the children use marker on the wall, no problem. Just spray denatured alcohol on the wall and wipe clean. Now the garage is the easiest room in the house to keep clean.

Q: Do you have a warranty?
A: Absolutely!!!  We are so confident in the quality of our materials and installation that we will stand behind our product for as long as you own your home.  We at CGI pride ourselves on top quality service.  We do not use sub-contractors on any phase of your job.  Also know that at any point, during the design, ordering,  installation phase, or for service, you can ALWAYS speak with one of the three owners of CGI.  We hope to hear from you soon!
